Birds
Birds can be a difficult problem, they can nest or roost in buildings and roof cavities, they can turn a building into an eyesore simply from their droppings and they can carry many diseases.
Mosquitoes
Mosquitoes cause irritation to humans and livestock and promote the spread of diseases such as Ross River virus. Their biting (piercing and sucking feeding action of the female) is an annoyance to humans.

Fleas
Fleas are a pest to humans and pets. They are the most common cause of skin disorders for pets in Australia. A single flea bite to a hypersensitive animal or person can cause intense itching and irritation.
Wasps & Bees
Wasp nests and Bee hives create a dangerous environment within their immediate area. Both pests can sting, causing pain and swelling, in the worst cases causing anaphylactic shock.
Silverfish
Generally not seen during the day Silverfish will eat anything high in protein, starch or sugar. This includes cereals, books and numerous fabrics. Silverfish prefer a damp moist area to live in, and are consequently found in bathrooms and basements.
Spiders
Spiders can be very beneficial around the home, eating many common insects around the house and garden. They can however pose a significant danger to pets and children. A spider bite on an adult person is typically painful at the time, resulting in swelling localised around the bite, however some spider bites can result in death.
Termites
Termites strike more individual homes and cause more damage than a combination of fires, storms, floods and earthquakes. Termites cause millions of dollars of damage every year in Western Australia alone, it’s no wonder most insurance companies don’t offer termite insurance.
Rats
Rats cause considerable losses to the agriculture industry by eating recently sown or germinating seedlings. They also damage electrical wiring, buildings and food stuffs.
Mice
Mice cause considerable damage to property and a large range of materials, as they gnaw on equipment and wiring. Mice are also responsible for human health problems.
Bedbugs
You thought bedbugs were just an urban legend, or that they had been eradicated 50 years ago? Think again. Bed bugs are once again becoming a major pest to our society.
